1- Que tu sois ch\u00f4meur(se), jeune apprenti(e) ou salari\u00e9(e) comme moi, j’esp\u00e8re que tu t’es servi de tes droits pour r\u00eaver plus fort. Je vais te raconter mon parcours car je suis novice et que je ne pourrai pas te donner plus de conseils.<\/p>

Je suis styliste-mod\u00e9liste pour un fabriquant en pr\u00eat-\u00e0-porter femme. Ces derniers temps j’avais envie de changement, li\u00e9 sans doute aussi \u00e0 un essoufflement dans le secteur de la Mode et de la grande distribution, o\u00f9 je travaille depuis 15 ans. En tout cas, j’esp\u00e9rai profiter de cette opportunit\u00e9 et donner une nouvelle direction \u00e0 ma vie, voler de mes propres ailes en me mettant \u00e0 mon compte?<\/div>
Tout d’abord, j’ai \u00e9t\u00e9 au salon de la Franchise Expo-Paris et c’est l\u00e0 que j’ai trouv\u00e9 un centre de formation qui s’appelle Creactifs. Je me suis inscrite sur leur site pour une premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union. Ils avaient 2 formations qui me plaisaient, alors un formateur m’a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 construire les dossier puis envoyer \u00e0 l’organisme o\u00f9 mon employeur cotise afin de financer mes formations.<\/div>
Il y a 2 facteurs \u00e0 tenir en compte: ta motivation pour ton PROJET et \u00eatre constant afin de construire \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape en un TEMPS pr\u00e9cis.<\/div>
Il y a des conditions si tu d\u00e9sires prendre tes heures de formations pendant ton temps de travail ( \u00e0 lire dans le lien ci dessous: Moncompte activit\u00e9 ). Apr\u00e8s r\u00e9flexion et \u00e0 cause du poste que j’occupe, j’ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de faire ma formation Comptabilit\u00e9-gestion pendans mes cong\u00e9s d’Ao\u00fbt. J’ai pu lancer juste apr\u00e8s ( pendant 8 samedis ), ma formation acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e en cr\u00e9ation de site internet WordPress. J’ai du compl\u00e9t\u00e9 le manque par beaucoup de recherches sur internet pour finaliser mon site. (https:\/\/creactifs.com\/chef-dentreprise\/formations<\/a>)<\/div>
Tu trouveras d’autres sites de formation sur internet et si tu es en recherche d’emplois, c’est encore plus facile de solliciter une formation de reconversion aupr\u00e8s de P\u00f4le Emploi.<\/div>

Attention!<\/div>
Si tu travailles depuis longtemps ( avant 2015 ) et que tu as des heures DIF, il faut solliciter son report o\u00f9 l’utiliser avant le 31 d\u00e9cembre 2020. Va demander un justificatif aupr\u00e8s de ton employeur pour les heures DIF car cela doit \u00eatre joint au dossier de demande de formation.<\/div>
Si j’ai bien compris, tu vas perdre tes heures DIF si tu n’agis pas, alors que cela aurait p\u00fb \u00eatre un tremplin pour te lancer dans une \u00e9volution de carri\u00e8re, de cr\u00e9ation d’entreprise, o\u00f9 de t’apporter une valeur personnelle.<\/div>
Afin de connaitre tes heures DIF et CPF, va sur le site \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0Mes droits \u00e0 formation\u00a0\u00bb et cliques sur mon CPF. Tu t’inscris en entrant ton num\u00e9ro de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 social et tu te cr\u00e9es un mot de passe.<\/div>
